Artist in Residence Program

Oconee County Parks, Recreation & Tourism has announced it will host an Artist-In-Residence program

This program is a great opportunity for artists to stay on-site at one of our county parks so they can immerse themselves in the natural setting and be inspired to produce their art.  In exchange for staying at one of our county parks, the resident artist will create a piece of art, in the medium of their choice, that will remain onsite and be installed permanently at one of our parks.

Two artists have already been selected: Dwanita Hall an Tennyson Corley.  The program is open to a third artist who would like to participate.
