Park Place Drive-in

An “old fashioned” ice cream shop featuring ice cream, sundaes, shakes and sweet creations. They’ve expanded offerings to include a full coffee house menu of espresso drinks, iced coffee, hot tea, muffins, bagels and danishes. Lunch menu includes deli sandwiches and hotdogs. Park Place is next to Anderson Park open daily 7am-9pm.

The park is near the Westminster Library. It features a playground, public restrooms and two covered picnic shelters. The Pavilion Shelter has picnic tables, electrical outlets, and a charcoal grill. Rental Fee: $35 for 3 hour rental. The Picnic Shelter is a covered picnic area with tables. Rental Fee: $25 for 3 hour rental. The Overlook Restaurant & Bar

Located within the Chickasaw Point community, The Overlook Restaurant and Bar are open to the public for lunch and dinner. Hours: Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday & Saturday 11am-9pm. Indoor seating as well as a large open-air deck and a covered deck overlooking the golf course. Event space is also available to rent for weddings, parties, meetings and special occasions. Note: call in advance as The Overlook may be closed for private events (864) 614-1770.
