A restored 1960s mountain bungalow located next to Devils Fork State Park. It’s 1/3 mile from Lake Jocassee beach and boat ramp. The house sits on 2 acres and is nestled atop a babbling freshwater spring waterfall with the state park in the backyard. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a chef’s kitchen, wrap-around porch and accommodates 8 guests. Two paddle boards are included in price of the rental. (7-night minimum Memorial Day – Labor Day.)
