‘Adawehi’ is the spirit of healing in the Cherokee language. This 26 foot tipi offers 450 square feet of heat and air conditioned space. It can accommodate three adults and two children. Indoor toilet, vanity/sink, mini fridge and coffee pot inside. Outside you’ll find multiple decks, seating, outdoor shower and grill. The secluded location is on the banks of the Chauga River where you’ll find serenity to relax or play. (No cell service or WiFi. 4-wheel drive vehicle necessary to access.)

Chau Ram County Park
Over three miles of hiking trails and a mile of the Chauga River runs through the park. Tubing, hiking, fishing, picnicking, camping and sight-seeing are popular activities. The park has 26 campsites with water and electricity; four rental areas for parties and gatherings; a playground; and is a favorite spot for weddings. $3 park entry fee.
Chauga Heights Disc Golf Course
Located within Chau Ram County Park, this 18-hole disc golf course features a lot of elevation change, holes carved out of the woods and some amazing views.
