A small batch roasting company and craft coffee shop. ‘Blackwater’ refers to the Edisto River near where the owners are from. It’s possible to learn about the roasting process each week. They have comfortable seating areas upstairs for the public to drink coffee, work or hang with friends.

Previously known as Walnut Street Bakery, this bake shop in downtown Seneca specializes in sweets for every occasion. They bake wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pies, cheesecakes, bars, cookies, pastries, vegan, and all sorts of sweet treats. Freshly made artisan breads on Fridays including ham and Swiss croissants, caramelized onion & asiago focaccia and morning buns.
