
Bauknight House
This historic 115-year old home, known as The Jewel of Walhalla, is ideal for weddings and special occasions. The house was a private residence for decades. New owners have updated the home and made it available for events and lodging. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, three living rooms and a full kitchen, the house accommodates 10 overnight guests. The Main Street location is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Walhalla Performing Arts Center.

Chattooga River Lodge

Located in historic downtown Seneca, this newly renovated building is perfect for weddings, intimate cocktail receptions, gatherings and sit down dinners. The space has a bridal suite and catering kitchen. Three luxury apartments are also available to rent.

Eagles Nest Art Center
The building was once the Tamassee-Salem High School. After the school district closed the facility, it was refurbished and is now Eagles Nest Arts Center. The center is available to rent for performances, education programs, concerts, plays and community events. There are classrooms and museum rooms that keep Tamassee and Salem memories alive. The auditorium seats 280 people.

Historic Ballenger House
Historic Ballenger House is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, meetings, showers, parties and reunions. The house was built circa 1925. It is a designated site on the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor. Located in historic downtown Seneca, the house was deeded to the Seneca Woman’s Club to honor three family members who belonged to the philanthropic “Once a Week Club” that originated in 1896 and still meets today.

Keowee Key Event Center
Newly renovated Club at Keowee Key Conference and Event Center just outside of Clemson/ Seneca, SC, can accommodate corporate events or private celebrations. Space options are available with seating from 15 to 300 for: charity, auction, fundraiser, corporate business breakfast, business lunch meeting, day-seminar, training, wedding, company holiday, retirement party, awards banquet or networking event. Full audio/ visual services are provided.

Magnolia Manor Bed & Breakfast
Lovely ceremony and reception locations are available indoors and outdoors. Choose from the library, parlor or dining rooms of the 1897 Manor House, at the arbor in the garden, in the courtyard near the vintage Carriage House, on the covered patio with overlook, in the meadow near the pond, in the adjacent reception hall, or in the chapel area.

Old Saint John’s Meeting House
Built in 1889, this Carpenter's Gothic style building is the ideal venue for weddings or meetings. The fully heated and cooled Meeting House can be rented by alone or with the Walhalla Depot offering an ideal location for a beautiful wedding. The comfortable seating capacity is approximately 60-65.

The F.A.R.M Center
The F.A.R.M Center is a year round event venue dedicated to supporting the local economy through innovation is agriculture. The center holds community activities like concerts, seasonal markets, rodeos, and more.

The Oasis Ranch
This 18 hole miniature golf course is Oconee County's newest place for family entertainment. It's got a Flintstones vibe with man-made waterfalls, botanical gardens, Koi ponds and more. Cafe and ice cream too. The place is available to rent for events or meetings. Open Tuesday - Sunday (closed Monday).

The Ridge at Summit Farms
A brand new venue located on a farm in Westminster. This is an ideal setting for weddings and special events including gender reveal parties, family reunions and more. There is a bridal suite overlooking the large open room. Plenty of space to mingle outdoors.

The Venue Cheswell Pruitt Building
Built in 1920 as offices for W.E. Cheswell, founder of Cheswell Cotton Mill (later Beacon Mills), this building has been restored to reflect its rich history. This venue space is available for rental to host meetings, parties, social events and more. Modern kitchen and bathrooms.
